The challenge:
Dentist in southern France attempts to organise her clientele in a better way. Keep up with her schedule, notify her patients for their appointments and establish a better relationship with the clients.
Client actions:
Missed appointments are costly and render dental services less efficient. The Phone call or letter reminders for scheduled check-ups or appointments are expensive and time-consuming.
Our actions:
SMSCUBE suggested a personalised approach for the doctor’s patients. Sms Reminder. Greetings, appointments and medical history are variables in the client’s subscription form that give a personal tone in all correspondence. For example, instead of “Dear Patient…” the client receives a “Dear Mr.Dupont…” greeting instead. All patients are alerted for their upcoming appointments, they have the opportunity to reschedule or cancel the appointment via SMSCUBE’s 2-way messaging system and they also receive an SMS reminder for a recommended check-up date according to their medical history. The personalisation of the messages is also assured by scheduled wishes for a quick recovery or birthdays.
What we deliver:
The confidentiality of information is protected and the communication between the patients and the doctor reaches a more personal level. The clerical work for the doctor is impressively reduced and there is no longer need for a second assistant. We do believe that SMS reminders were a really low-cost solution for her.
The next day:
The goal for the French dentist is to expand SMSCUBE services to the level where the patients will be notified for their medications, whether that be dosages or expiry dates.
