The challenge:
Owner of Auto & Truck repair Shop was in need of assistance. Hiring a secretary was a big cost and the owner encountered difficulties when he had to use a computer. The workflow, however standardized needed to acquire a more professional profile. Organization and on-time notification was a must.
Client actions:
Client would arrange repairs via phone calls with no specific organization. As a result, appointments often overlapped, clients would not receive notification to pick up their car on time, due to workload and the costs of usually repeated telephone calls proved very high. Apart from these problems, there was no marketing oriented plan in order to attract new clients.
Our actions:
SMSCUBE proposed a rather simple structure. Client provided us with his database of clients and our platform was integrated to the client’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software. This way, his clients are notified automatically via Web SMS for their vehicle pick up the moment the invoice was issued. All clients are notified for discounts and sales periods. Via 2-way Web SMS customers request appointment and if there is no availability they receive an alert for rescheduling.

Customers are more satisfied with the services provided and the workflow is easier and carefree for the owner. It is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module that calculates average time per event based on previous appointments and services provided.
